Assuming We Survive have dropped the intense music video for “Make It Out Alive”. The video combines performance shots with an intense “Fight Club-style” storyline that echoes the cycle of abuse Lead Singer Adrian Estrella experienced as a child. “I wanted to show in the video the struggle of battling through your problems but holding the things that mean the most to you very dear, protecting those things with everything you have.” shares Estrella in an exclusive interview with Billboard.com.
The track originally premiered with Substream Magazine, who called the track “high-energy catchy rock.” It, along with other stand out singles like “Just So You Know” and “California Stoned,” help make up the band’s latest EP, Chapters, which was released earlier this Fall via Third String Records. The EP, produced by Tyler Smyth (Danger Kids, Bless the Fall), delivers a wide range of energy and emotions while taking the well-known passion, fun and energy of Assuming We Survive to the next level.
