The Dangerous Summer have released a brand new song and visual video for “Valium”, the third song taken from their upcoming album The Dangerous Summer, out this Friday on Hopeless Records.
“‘Valium’ was written out in California during the first couple sessions with the guys,” vocalist and bassist AJ Perdomo says of the new single. “It is definitely the heaviest track on the record. We kept coming back to these themes on the record of dark to light, and I think this song lives off of that contrast.”
Previous singles include “Fire” and “Ghosts”, both of which can be viewed on the Hopeless Records YouTube page. The video for “Ghosts” was done in collaboration with Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s production company Hammerhead Entertainment and directed by Chris Stanford.
