300 Entertainment’s Isador has made it his mission to tell stories of coming of age in a hostile world, overcoming limitations both externally imposed and involuntarily self-inflicted. Layering introspective lyrics with thumping bass and sweeping orchestral arrangements, he lifts the curtain on his own struggles in order to work through them. Today sees the unveiling of that work as he’s released a mesmerizing debut with “Falling” as he fights with his own anxiety and self doubt – a breath of fresh air in a landscape of music that hasn’t quite caught up to the moment.
“I dropped out of college and became isolated at home. It felt like my life was falling apart around me,” he explains. “Music had always been an outlet for me in the past, so I tried to channel all this dread and fear I was feeling into ‘Falling’. It helped me process what I was feeling and start to pick up the pieces.”
