Connecticut rock band Lakeshore have announced they’ve signed to Outerloop Records. This announcement comes just a few weeks after the band announced a short run on the 2017 Vans Warped Tour (dates below). Lakeshore will be joining Outerloop’s diverse roster which includes bands such as Lorna Shore, Youth in Revolt, A Wake in Providence, Megosh, Vanish, and more. Lakeshore’s Ben Lionetti made the following statement about joining the Outerloop team:
“We’re all excited to partner with Outerloop, not only for management but for the release of our 41 EP. Mike Mowery and his team have a proven track record of developing artists so we are confident we are in good hands. The future looks bright and we’re excited to get things underway. This is only the beginning. Thanks to everyone who has supported us thus far!” – Ben Lionetti
On signing the band to Outerloop, President Mike Mowery states:
“Lakeshore is already up to some amazing things. It’s been fantastic to connect with the Lionetti brothers, who I’ve known for almost 10 years now. When Ben and I linked up and he told me his vision for where the band is going, I knew I had to be involved. We are able to ensure that their great EP gets the proper release it deserves while we can already begin to make plans for the future.” – Mike Mowery
Their debut EP 41 (details TBA) was recorded with producer Ken Susi of Unearth (The Contortionist, Madball) and features Karl Shubach of Misery Signals and Jessie Freeland of The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza on the track “King.” 41 is set to release later this year.
