Grayscale Announce New Album ‘Adornment’ + Release New Single “Beautiful Things”

Philadelphia’s Grayscale, who just recently announced their signing to Fearless Records, have announced their new album Adornment will be out 5/5. To celebrate, the band have released a brand new track entitled “Beautiful Things”, which comes as an instant grat along with “Atlantic” when you pre-order the album.

Working with producer Kyle Black (State Champs, Handguns, Hit The Lights), Grayscale has honed their talent of constructing strong hooks, relatable lyrics and catchy riffs, all the while coming into their own distinguished sound. Adornment sees the band expand their sonic palette, further illuminating their skill of creating well-narrated stories paired with palpable emotion that urges listeners to dive in and craft their own narratives.

Vocalist Collin Walsh explains, “‘Beautiful Things’ is a dialogue between somebody wanting to take their own life and a close friend of theirs. It is a literal ‘talk off the ledge’ discussion turned into a song. Adornment has a very wide variety of emotions coursing throughout it, each song having a slightly different feel from the next. This record is something we are very proud of and cannot wait for everyone to hear. We put absolutely everything we had into it. ‘Beautiful Things’ will give you a taste of the darker side of Adornment; the side that is hard to talk about and drained us to write the most.”
