LAYNE Announces Debut EP ‘The Black Hills’

Alternative / indie pop duo LAYNE have announced their highly anticipated debut EP, The Black Hills, will be out 8/26. The five track EP features the band’s signature dystopian indie-pop sound that was previously portrayed in their vial hits “Somebody” and “Good”.

“The Black Hills EP is a collection of songs written over the past year and an introduction to LAYNE,” says lead singer-songwriter, Layne Putnam. “It is a place where we can be alone together. Welcome to the in-between.” Within the EP, Putnam performed/recorded all the instruments on each track and also co-produced it alongside Los Angeles engineer/producer, Devon Corey.
