Alternative rock band A Boy Named John are streaming their new full-length So We Live | So We Die on Myspace, ahead of its release this Friday. The album features production credits from Kevin Kumetz (I Am the Avalanche, With The Punches, Seaway) and Michael White (Whitney Houston, 3 Doors Down, The Rolling Stones). The album features their single “Don’t Kill the Messenger,” which earned the band a spot on Alternative Press‘ “#FEELS” Spotify playlist.
“So We Live | So We Die is our first full length album and our first real collaborative effort as musicians,” the band told Myspace. The six-piece pulled inspiration for the project from their everyday lives. “We wrote about the environment and people we surrounded ourselves with,” they remarked, “If we can make someone, anyone relate and think about where they stand in life I think we would be pretty happy.” So We Live | So We Die follows the band’s 2014 debut EP, Or So It Seems.
